Project Management

Red Fig Installations provides you with an experienced Project Manager with each installation.  They will oversee the successful installation according to your detailed plans specifications, time frame and budget.

Throughout the process our Project Manager is your primary contact and, as coordinator, will manage all sub contractors and report to you on progress and any issue needing resolution. They will develop and use a detailed project plan and work with any contractual obligations.

Our Project Managers are on your side, and will identify and deal with potential issues before they arise, keeping you fully informed via regular reports.  Installations, by their nature can sometimes be complex and don’t always run smoothly, and this is where you’ll really appreciate the skills and experience of your Red Fig PM who has the skills to work through problems and limit their impact on your business.

You will never have to wonder how things are going, because you’ll know.

Delivery Logistics

We will be there on time to offload freight, load to floor and place. We will liaise with builders, security and facility managers to ensure we make this process as seamless as possible.

Critical Timing

Communication is key to ensure installers and builders are on the same page. Before going to site, our Project Managers will ensure that the building, builder and any other relevant parties are ready to commence installation.

When things go wrong

You will know! We ensure are clients know from us before they hear from their clients. We value your business as our own so there will be no nasty surprises. Damages, modifications, variations will also be reported real time, same day!
